Sunil GangopandhyaySunil Gangopadhyay (Bangla: সুনীল গঙ্গোপাধ্যায় Shunil Gônggopaddhae), born on7 September 1934 in Faridpur in what is now Bangladesh is an Indian poet. He studied at the Surendranath College , Dumdum Motizhil College , City College, all affiliated with the University of Calcutta.
